    help identifying some 7.62x54r ammo

found 282 rounds of brass cased 7.62x54r in the bottom of my ammo safe and the head stamp is not ringing a bell , pretty sure its Yugoicon , but only has 85 at 12 o'clock and an E or 3 at 6 o'clock , yellow primer sealant

    ring any bells for anyone?

Looks like Albanian to me. I had some that was really bad. Many rounds would not chamber.
