Yep, Dodge Weapons Carrier is what they are generically referred to as.
Ironically, in Sept 1996, a mere 2 months after my uncle that is in the photo passed away, I spent 3 days driving a mates Dodge Weapons Carrier, affectionally name 'Alice', around northern Franceicon....

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Just talking to Peter L about Britains Small Wars edition on TV on the weekend about Malaya, where we both served.
In my opinion they were the "Good old days" running around the sweaty jungle knowing once that was over we could all relax in Bughi Street, Singapore over one or two or three beers together
He is in good spirits and hopes to be back on soon

One of my uncles (my godfather) was a WO2 in the REME, and was stationed in Singapore for 2 years from late 1952 to late 1954...ish.

Yes both Neesoon and Seletar camps had strong REME units.
