    Finally good weather

The sun has finally scared the rain off and we have had a reasonably fine 2 days so its time to start getting the bikes fluids circulating again .
I have not ridden my 848 Ducati for a while so it was out and about on certain backroads where corners are nice and flowing and the scenery is very pretty, with a new back tyre on it as well
Its just a bike no electrickery on this one, its been modified and does make the bigger boys take note when the candle is turned up.
True to form for a Duck it handles like on rails and whilst I was clipping it I am alert for good old farmer brown pulling out and his livestock on the loose.

I stopped at a small backroad place where a memorial stands for those that went away in WWI & WWII and never returned to our shores again.
Its just near a small country hall with one or 2 farm houses within say 1 to 1.5 kliks nothing else although here was a herd of cattle watching me.
I spent 5 minutes in quite reflection standing there thanking them for my ability to be able to do what I want so easily here today.
I noticed they had also set up a solar light so at night the memorial is never in darkness this was such a nice thing I thought it really touched a chord within.

I know allot of places across the world have them for those soldiers that never returned home again we should never forget those that went away.

And I have another bike on the way so will show and tell when it arrives, it has a sad story but a brilliant ending to its life.
Ovidio you should be out on your Guzzi for sure.

    So stay tuned.......thanks guys.

Postscript ~ the black patch (Sticker) on my lid is from a ride my wife and I attend each year its called "The Black Dog Ride" held all over Australiaicon on a particular nominated day where bike riders come together donate monies for a common cause mens mental health and suicides.
As far to many of us are falling through the cracks and ending their lives and that is very sad, we also have blue trees being painted all over our country another mental health theme to try and get on top of this killer.
