Lyman 48 parts interchangable?

I bought a Springfield M1922 M2 that has the Lyman 48C rear sight. However, it is missing the "windage parts" (end cap, windage knob, windage screw, etc.). There is a Lyman 48M (the Mauser variant) available on e-Bay. Does anyone know if the windage parts are interchangeable amongst the Lyman 48 variants?

can be, some will swap, and others wont, i found it hit and miss at best

Suggest you go to a gun show and try to fit it.
