There was going to be a copy of the base and rings for the 67 scope.
I had one and sent it to someone in NZicon who was going to copy it and do the cnc program so copies could be made.
The ONLY reason I allowed it out of my hands was his father and I had dealt sniper kit over many many years and the late father was a prince of a man.
I did not know the kid was hard into "recreational pharmaceuticals" and the scope mount went to pay for some of his habit.
I thought the mount and rings might show up in the recent auction of the fathers collection, but alas it did not and the kid disavows any knowledge of it.
So, bottom line is: there is a 67 mount and ring set out there somewhere and the name of the party is available "on request" in case you get offered one.

Do you have the numbers from it, or photos Warren?

The disavowal of any recollection may be honest enough; drugs do that I hear.

“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.
