11mm Gras and 10.75 Berdan reloading dies

Im looking for the best place to find a die set for 11mm gras and 10.75mm Berdan? I've searched the internet and wanted to know if there are any options out there that will not cost me $250 plus? Any insight would be of use, or if your selling one let me know. Thank you.

Are you looking for forming dies also, or just a regular size and seat set?

Forming as well if possible but if I can get the size and seat that will work.

What parent case are you going to use/have? You may be able to fireform cases to fit your chamber. Then use a common die to neck size. I partially neck sized some 43 Spanish with a 30-06 die then expanded to bullet diameter. It worked great with black powder. Bullets were thumb seated. I did this because the Lee dies I have size the necks too small for lead bullets.

To be honest I am very early in the process so as of now I'm looking at using 348 winchester brass and have thought about doing the fire forming as I have with other calibers. But again I'm still early in the research piece and trying to piece together the method for them. I'm most interested in the gras for right now.
