Walther PPK Magazine Finger Rest Extension

    Morning, everyone.

Over on the "Walther Forums" a poster asked for a 3D printing file for the finger rest extension on a Walther PPK magazine.

I thought this was a great idea so I drafted one up using one of my original mags as a reference. I thought I'd cross-post here in case anyone has access to a 3D printer and wants to help refine this model for everyone.

This isn't perfect but it's pretty dang close -- much closer than the finger rest on a Mecgar mag, for sure.

I've attached a couple renders with an "oak finish" to try to show the contours better (along with a picture showing the original attachment method).

Note, I did add in the floorplate release button hole after making these renders so it is present in the STL file.

I cannot attach the STL file to this thread so PM me your email address and I can send it out.

I'll be happy to make tweaks to the design as needed! Print it up and let me what modifications are needed.

You WILL need to devise a method to attach it to your magazine base. The original has a step cut into it and the base imbedded within.
