    22lr Enfield sporterized

So I am looking to expand my Enfield NZicon collection and I came across a sporter NZ 22 conversion. It has the front sight with just the blade and the parker hale rear peep sight.

So my question would be....would I be able replace the missing wood, nose piece, sling swivels etc with standard no1 mk3 parts or would I be doomed to be needing very specific replacement parts?

Regular SMLE parts would be representative replacements.

Does it have a brass block brazed on to the left side of the receiver with the rear sight attached?

Looks very similar...and the barrel section where the old rear sight was has been painted over.
