Four new to me magazines. Any info welcome. I read somewhere here I believe that MA is Lithgow in Australia icon

. Fonts are different, two being small and one large. Thats the only marking I understand. The one magazine has an odd lifter that is made lighter and in two pieces.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Looks like I might have one of the early MK I magazines that was upgraded to MK II during the war with a new baseplate. This is the one with the weird lifter. Is that why it has a weird lifter or is that an economy type war measure manufacture?
