Deciphering the bill of sale from 1993 DCM M1 sale

Hello M1 document experts.
I have my M1 I purchased in 1993 ($94.30).
on the bill of sale is says "Rifle CAL.30 M1 COND B SERVICE GRADE W/DE (SAFE TO FIRE) AS IS CONDITION.

Does anyone know what Condition "B" meant? is service grade the same as CMP? what is "W/DE"?
tHE RIFLE WAS/IS an all original August 43 upper with a GHD stock and mix master trigger group. and replacement stacking swivel.

the rest appears all correct for that year and month (end of August production).

I'm not an expert but the DCM receipt should read W/OE, not W/DE. I found a picture of an old receipt and that's what it read. The experts will be along shortly to tell you exactly what that means.

"W/OE"-- Without equipment, i.e. no sling, oiler etc..

I noticed the example in your post lists condition D. The example I had looked at, I took a screenshot of and it lists condition B just like the op's paperwork. Does anyone know how the old DCM graded rifles? I think he wants to know if their grading system is similar to the cmps or did they have their own and if they had their own, does anyone know what that was? (Sorry for the quality of the snapshot)

Yes, correct my paper says "W/0E" it is red rubber stamp printed and a staple hole went through it. and yes the response stating i wanted to know what "condition B" meant, and whether or not anyone knows off their term "service grade" is the same as the CMP's?

Does anyone familiar with these documents know?

My rifle was shipped from Anniston Army Depot. the form is from that facility.
