    Unidentified Web Belt

Found this web belt searching for pattern 37 stuff. It is not pattern 37 so it's misidentified. But what is it. It has me stumped. It is not pattern 44 either as it is one single piece, not three pieces. It doesn't appear to be Britishicon although it does look like a patter 44 if it were in one piece. I'm interested in it as it would fit over my fat gut and would work with pattern 37 items but I'd like to know what it is.
