9mm / 3/8in Gunsmith Screwdriver Required in UK

I have a Wheeler 'Space Saver Gunsmithing Screwdriver Set' but have managed to break the '#39FB' flat blade bit on a stubborn Mannlicher M1886 magazine screw. I'm not sure what the '#39' means, but the bit width measures at 9mm / 3/8in.

It appears Wheeler won't sell spares outside of the US, so can anyone point me towards an equivalent sized hollow ground flat bit or complete screwdriver that's available in the UKicon?

Have you tried a place like Midway, not Wheeler? Replacement bits are available through MidwayUSA.com using the Wheeler part numbers. https://www.btibrands.com/wp-content...ionGuide89.pdf

Is the flat blade completely broken or can it be salvaged by grinding the end off flat?

Go to a good hardware shop and buy a quality set of conventional screwdrivers. They are miles better that the replaceable tip sets, regardless of brand. This comment is made after 50 years of full-time gunsmithing.
