    Early Colt 1911 holster

Not military but it is a early well designed and made Colt 1911 holster. It can be used on the belt or as a shoulder holster, note extra pouch for magazine. Holster is without any markings - any information as to time period would help ? Thanks RCS

Very old, notice the copper rivet/washer combo. Stitched...by shoemaker or sadler?
