    30mm

I have this Aiden (Not sure on the spelling) round marked J 30mm RG 00
    Which I take as cal is 30mm R G = Radway Green and 00 as 2000 DOM
The J prefix denotes what! the type of shell it is like say H.E !

    MkVII 303 for scale.

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Here's mine, I had to make a projectile from aluminum because here in Canadaicon...you'll never find an example live or just a good projectile. I saw a couple of VERY scrubby fired ones but those are unaffordable for junk. Being a UKicon weapon, they just don't surface here. Mine is marked very similar to Cinders'...
