I have Capitol One and they were very easy to get credit for charges. I took a chance last fall on a square end Britishicon machete that they claimed they had 100 of and wanted $79 for them. Too good to be true I figured but with my credit card company I figured I'd give it a shot. Three months went by with no communication and no machete. I finally contacted my credit card company and told them about it and got a credit within a week or so. I did have to file out some paperwork but nothing major. I did finally get a response from the seller claiming the sent it UPS within a two weeks of my placing the order but I am notified by UPS of all movements of my packages and never received any notification from them.
