    WW1 M1911 holster question

I could use a little advice here. Is this a legitimate WW1 holster? I have never seen one with the date stamp on the front flap before. I've only seen the stamp on the back of the holster. Also, can anyone identify the maker? Looks like three initials. I bought this for my grandson who has become quite the collector. Any idea of value?
    Thanks!

Sorry about the sideways pic, don't have a clue why!

I'd say that holster is good. I can't say who the maker is, others will be along to identify it. Nice catch... Value depends on where you are. In Canadaicon that might command more by rarity than where you are.
