    $500 Case For $250 Rifle

Click on the link to check out the M1891 Argentineicon Mauser on Gun Broker with a Buy It Now of $750. The only thing I can figure out is that this is a $250 rifle which leaves $500 for the case. Let's see, matching #'s, wood looks good, bluing appears average but "crest has been removed" (big price markdown). Similar cases sell for +/- $100. That makes for a total of $350. Hey, wait a minute! What's the extra $400 for? Oh, I know! It's to rip off unsuspecting people!

    You've got it all wrong.
The photos are dated "26/08/2017'---so what you are looking at are future prices.
Apparently, the super-scientists at "BertsBait-Firearms" have a time machine of some kind tucked in amongst the minnows, crickets and worms.
Yes, they've made the place look like a bait shack...the clever fiends...

I used to sell '91 Sporters at gunshows. Usually a buddy had 1-2 to sell. We always called them '91 Snipers and that would sell them. Remember, you only need one idiot to make a good show. This dealer only needs one fool. Wish both of them the best.

    Still For Sale!

Buy It Now price has been reduced to $599 after several listing cycles. Current bid is for $200 with a day left. I think buyers/collectors have spoken.

Auction ended, again, with a $300 bid that didn't meet the reserve. Listed again.
