    Finally got my CMP Ammo ordered in Dec.; it's 1962!

    I didn't know HXP could BE that old. One can was '67 and one was '62. What year did they begin production?

    '62 can looks VERY salty. Might be some throwaways in that one. I'll use THAT first

    Back when it was shipping in the case I received one dated '62. It shot/grouped very well!

    Ahhh, when that '62 ammo was being assembled, I was scrubbing the wood floor of a 2nd Battalion squadbay at Parris Island.

    It's GOT to be good stuff.
