    The Dealer's Warehouse visit

I got into The Dealers Warehouse in Modesto, Ca today. Nice visit as the ownerdoes not do over the counter sales. I needed a nice '03 triggerguard for a nice '03 barreled receiver I bought at CMPicon-South. I had my pick of 6-7 tg's. Also found a nice leaf rear sight. Piles of mint in the wrap milled floorplates. Also piles of stamped "R" marked followers. Also piles of Garandicon parts. He could make up Garand kits, if needed. I bought a tg, rear sight and floorplate for $60.00. Very happy. I also spotted 8 stamped 03A3 tg's. Nice place to shop.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Hey Steve,

Do you know if or when the boss will post the '03 parts on his site?

I bought a bandoleer of Kragicon ammunition from DW a couple of months ago. The trouble is (and this is not obviously DW's fault) that the danged stuff is all sewed up and I've driving myself crazy wondering what the ammo looks like!!

The Dealers Warehouse is a fun place to shop. Ravi won't allow the public in due to insurance problems. I don't think he is going to list the '03 or Garandicon parts as it would be a huge task for a small shop. Go to his website and then telephone Ravi for your needs. Very cooperative guy. By the way he does have a small lot of mint 30-40 Krag ammo. He also have SMLE barrels in the back of the place!
