    6 mil garand

Had my hands on a 6 mil Garandicon today

    + NM front sight

    + NM Rear sight

    + NM OP-Rod

+ NM Barrel with a star next to the NM

    - Owner refinished and rebeded the stock

    - Said he routed out the cream colored bedding material

    - No number in the stock channel

? The trigger housing was stamped on the left side with the last four digits of the receiver

The dod Cartouche was more rectangular than square - no gap in the border and all the stars pointed straight up -

Owner was not aware of the NM on the barrel and paid only $775 for the rifle

anybody ever seen the numbers stamped into the trigger housing?

Rick the center star was higher but the point of the stars were all pointing straight up - as opposed to 11 12 and 1 o"clock
