    Unknown Bolt?

Got a bolt in a NPM, don't have a clue what it is.
It has an "X" on top and a H on left lug.

This is an IBM bolt. There probably is or was the marking "AOB" on the outside of the right lug. It is often very faint and may almost disappear after being refinished.
