Picked this 1.4K Springfield 1903 up today for $200. Barrel ( S.A. 10-44) is mirror bright, looks brand new. Externally, its in pretty good shape with some minor surface rust that cleaned up no problem. It came in what looks to be a Remington 1903A3 stock, which had the very front portion cut off for some reason. :confused: ....May try and fix it - for a shooter, and save it for an A3 action some day....
As for the barreled action, I have a nice Keystone C stock just sitting in the safe at the moment...;)
