Picked up a 1903 project
Picked this 1.4K Springfield 1903 up today for $200. Barrel ( S.A. 10-44) is mirror bright, looks brand new. Externally, its in pretty good shape with some minor surface rust that cleaned up no problem. It came in what looks to be a Remington 1903A3 stock, which had the very front portion cut off for some reason.

Stock...

Any additional info some of the experts here can provide would be much appreciated!
