I know the visual difference between a 105mm and a 155mm M777 gun, I remember my call for fire mission/adjustments, and can run a 60mm mortar crew but aside from that, "they" were generally "back there" and we were "up there" as it were. We had copperheads for the 81's but due to the cost didn't use them much. They could be used for anti-tank too and strong points. The 155mm would be used for strong point/bunkers...yes it will work for tanks but a bit much.
That's the truth, I have never seen one or heard mention of them, we only trained for TP, TPT, and HEDP. Even the ERYX system, technically "qualified" however never fired a live missile in my life, lack of funds/missiles.Quote:
