That's too bad...I remember when Clarence White**** and I fired a new car down range out of the 81mm mortar. That was HE bombs, M43A1, and a new car was $3000CDN. That was 1976...a bit ago. Peter will remember...he was in Canungra...

I was on the pilot course for ERYX and we had to write the package end then run a course. One of the clowns broke the computer set up before we could do it, so this was the end result. The Van Doos did this demo... Valcartier I think this was... Typical panic over nothing. It wouldn't have armed.

If that name ends the way I think it does, I did both reserve QL3 and reg force Battle school with his nephew.

I agree, well sort of, if the primary rocket motor didn't work correctly I always wonder what else is going to fail, trusting the safety on a lowest bidder produced item is not my idea of winning the lottery.

It's along the same vein as films where actors cook off a hand grenade before they throw it, nope, nope, nope, sure the fuse is supposed to burn for 4 to 5 seconds, but why put your life in the hands of some factory worker that builds a little bombs?

Well, in Gagetown there was the 84 that detonated as it left the launcher...and in Germanyicon an 81 went off as it left the tube...so, I guess... Of course you're right.

They came from a prominent town between Wainwright and Calgary as you put a ruler across the map. I know his older and younger brothers were both in also.
