That's different, that's not what the top pic implied...

Sorry Jim but I would think it would depend on what one does normaly on a winter day in the desert I hope. My friend twisted knows a good glass of wine a bit of lunch and several hundred .45's is a good time.

Guns and alcohol? Really? Not a good combination

The back of the truck COULD be an "After the shoot" photo. But the mostly full beer bottle under the HK UMP isn't at all good.

Alcohol is for back at the house. Sorry, but I've been doing this a really long time and no matter how you look at it, alcohol and guns are a really bad combination. This is just poor judgement in my opinion. The beer bottle sitting in the dirt only confirms this.

We need to promote safe firearms practice, not this reckless type of behavior.

I understand the context of the pic of the food and refreshments in the back of the truck for after the fun day of shooting. Looks like the makings of a great picnic spread.

I don't understand the merits of a pic showing someone engaged in live shooting with an open beer bottle at their feet.

It doesn't set a great example for the younger shooters amongst us ...

    Regards,
    Doug

I wasn't there but I know these people don't take chances and are very responsible. The photographer well that's a cousin I don't know. If there was an edit feature I would remove them. The lunch was after the the fact and not at the shooting field. Note the ground is clean no brass no targets, jump to a quick conclusion if you want and condemn me if you will but you don't get licensed to own class 3 guns by being irresponsible. I should have seen the bottle on the ground and now I know better. But you can keep on beating me as long as you please. The photo has been removed from my account but it has been captured here.

    Cheers
