When you say all bullet types, does that include FMJ? Does it include standard service ball? Different mags? Is it a rewat/reweld?
They were not made to use soft point bullets.
Check your feed ramps and also check the feed lips on your magazine.
With a FMJ the tip should line up with the groove in the feed ramp and be slighty lower

Clearly the round is stubbing while trying to feed. Are you positive that the mag is correctly loaded (i.e., each cartridge rim ahead of the one below)?
I'd be helpful to know what it is stubbing against. Looking at the bullet end on might give us a clue
Are these reloaded rounds, and if so, have they been properly crimped? What is causing the stubbing really is the big question - and is the most likely cause.
Soft-pointed bullets: first problem.
That said, we need to know exactly where the soft tip is striking.
If you must reload, you need to use a recipe that closely matches the:
Overall cartridge length,
projectile profile,
projectile WEIGHT
and muzzle velocity
of the good-old Mk7 ball ammo around which these .303 cal guns were built.
Does this happen with ALL mags or just one / a couple?
Check your magazine "filling' technique and the mag springs.
If it is a "re-weld", check the guide surfaces leading from the mag to the chamber.
Was it once one of the Canadian-made Brens in 7.92 x 57? If so, it will likely have different cartridge feed behaviour from a "native" .303 gun.
I haven't touched a Bren for a few years, so others should chip in with additions / corrections to my little list.
