That paint scheme is so the Lieutenants and Captains can find their billets.
Sorry let me rephrase that.
The only picture showing is Jack's marker.
I don't see the other picture.
Mike
Mark,
I only see Jack's grave marker.
Mike
His name is Yang Kyoungjong. He is the only known man to have fought in the Imperial Japanese Army, Soviet Army and then the German Wehrmacht. He was captured by the Americans on Utah Beach in June...
Please do.
I think it would be great for everyone to post their family pictures. (with M1s of course) :)

The 3rd Marine from the right has a 1903 with Grasping Groove stock. Looks like everyone else has Garands.

And how many time have you been smacked in the face by the oprod?
Knowing minds want to know.

Mike,
Looks like a Piper Cub in Military Markings.
But I thought the Cub was flown from the rear seat when solo?
JB71,
Absolutely wrong stock.
Picture #9 shows a 03A3 cut for the rear hand guard ring.
JJK,
After looking at the second image further I realized the soldier you identified as Captain Don Johnson is wearing Corporal or Sergent stripes on his right sleeve.
My prayers are added and will ask my Church to add their's tonight.
Dan,
Carbine is on the tire the soldier is resting his foot on.
and I thought my eye's were bad.
I was checking out the Library of Congress web site and found some neat images of everyones favorite rifle and thought I would share.
