did you find a stock? i think i have one in the basement.
there are no welding/brazing or grinding marks; the steel on the blade looked odd to me. sorry, i cant figure out how to take better close up pictures with my camera. i thought i remembered reading...
here are some more photos; the only other markings i find are '88' under the wood grips in the first photo & of course 'slaz 43' on the wood grip....
the other one is a Welsh fighting sword from WW1.
J have had these two items for sometime now and always wondered if they were fake of not, can you help? the machette is #3003 and the sword has the correct marking on the blade. i hope you can zoom...
