Offer them $1500-1600, 1000 to 1200 seems a bit low for a Colt
Charlie, I had Tim Shufflin, who does a lot of parkerizing stamp the stock. The S'G' stamp is wrong so no chance someone would take it as real. As for the rust..I think it's the camera, no rust up...
Saginaw S'G' 3649xxx I bought several months ago. It was an arsenal rebuild with lots of S'G' parts fortunately. Here's my redo with parts breakdown: Underwood 7-43 barrel, S'G' Trigger housing,...

Wow! Nice!
Yes, the Marines used the 1903 in the early Pacific Campaigns. They used them on Wake Island when it was captured by the Japanese. The most notable use of the '03 was in the campaign for Guadalcanal....
Nice patch, my late uncle served in B Company of the 506th, 1943-1945
Harlan, here's an AR-15 -M16 lookalike I built. Used an M16-A1 surplus upper receiver group, the lower is an XM-16E1 semi receiver made by Nodak Spud in Minnesota, they specialize in retro receivers....
Happy Birthday! You didn't lose the Inland, it's still in the family. Good excuse to buy a replacement!
$700 would be a good deal here on your pistol, you did well.
I shipped from the big distribution center where they ship all the trucks out of, it's in my neighborhood.
wow, a cracked receiver!
I bought it on Gunbroker for $1450. Seller said the previous owner had bought it as a DCM gun way back when and had kept it.
