Well I tried then on a cracked receiver I have laying around and they don't fit any hole on it, so not sure what they fit. But thanks for the info.

I have 2 tins just like yours although I can't remember what the markings are or what the bracket inside looks like. I'll get them and check when I find time.

I have a Foster combination tool and wanted to know if it is for the SMLE? Looks like the other tools I have but it is a little different.

I found these 2 tools in a box of stuff I have and they were marked for SMLE. I don't thing there are for the SMLE.

If this is the one you have listed on the auction it is not an L39A1. The receiver and bolt are marked Savage with matching serial numbers. Does not look like the bolt head is marked 19T either. ...

I was told it was Canadian Field Artillery - yes it is marked CFA. It came from Canada. I'll get better pics.

Here is the 1923 Ishevsk Finnish capture Dragoon I received 2 weeks ago. Is it odd that it is not in a Finnish stock? Counter bored about and inch and no import makings. Double 41 markings.

Here is the markings on my 1941 ROFM, no T and has an FTR marking.

rear sight help. I have a No4 micrometer rear sight and the clicks are not positive. I'd like to take it apart, good idea or not? Directions / pics would be very nice.

I emailed her just before Brin B did and the response she gave me is she won't sell the complete rifle, just parting it out. Such a shame.

Well it finally arrived his past weekend and I am happy but hve a few questions.

1.Barrel is dated 42 which I guess is ok for a 41 receiver but the rifling is 2 groove, I thought the early No4's...
