    Holster mfg.

    I inherited a colt 1911 with a flap US holster.On the back of the holster it says 1917 and below that there are 3 letters "LNO".Who made the holster? TIA pdh

    LNO are initials of the govt inspector. In this case you can find these initilas only in S&R holsters (no connection with Sears&Roebuck). In the pic the one in my collection.
