I was shooting my 03A4 today--shot great with Hornady Garandicon loads and would still print well under an inch.

However, I got a little bore solvent on my stock when I was cleaning it. It acted like turpentine on the red wood, and now I have light markings where the solvent ran dow the stock.

What's the best way to fix this? Its nowhere near needing to be refinished, but I'd like to restore the original area. I suspect the stock was a Korean War replacement since it just has the SA box on the buttstock with no other markings. It is the typical deep red color.

Thanks
