    Info Help I.B.M. ser.# / barrel

    HI have a friend that has a I.B.M. SER.# 3764030 Would he need a Dated or Undated I.B.M. barrel .Kind of hard to find the date of the receiver. Thanks for any help.

    All info is helpful thanks. There is no AO stamp on the rear receiver bevel.

    I have 3796600. It has 12-43 barrel. IBM supposedly stopped marking barrels after Dec 1943.

    Looks like he needs a 11/43 or 12/43 barrel. Great thanks a lot for all the info.

    A November 1943 barrel would be correct for the serial number.
