    Hi All,

I have a 1942 Long Branch No4 Mk1* that I would love to try and trace its history and thought that this forum is a great start. I look forward to learning more about these nice old rifles

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. New member here.

I found this interesting site while searching for information on Springfield rifles. Among others, I have a 1903 with a very early serial number. Now that the holidays are passed, I’ll document the rifle with some photos and hope the collective expertise can help identify just what it is.

Looking forward to lots of informative reading here…I’ll try to live up to the standards.

    Hello Milsurps Community

I am an avid collector of modern military pistols and rifles but want to learn more about other eras. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Greetings All. After recently purchasing my first N4 T (with matching scope) I found this place and have been here ever since. I can only say thanks in advance to the surperior folks responsible for such a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. I have tons of questions but I am still kind of like that 2 year old kid that can't stop running around with excitement. I am in the process of getting some photos together of the rifle and will post soon.

    New guy on the block.

Hello folks. I am a retired Marine/Police officer that has dedicated his retirement to "Rescuing" Old rifles and shotguns. I am an apprentice trained stock maker. RETIRED .
My most current projects are breathing life back into several Martini Cadet rifles. I have six Cadets in In Hospital at present undergoing various repairs. They are incredible little rifles.
I have spent the past 30 years putting my 25 L.C. Smith 'Elsie's' shotguns back to working/shooting order. Making stocks for them is only fun if you have a warped mind !!
