Thanks for the replys I read about the overturn figure here in the "Technical Articlesicon/Research for Milsurp Collectors and Re-loaders" section....In the "1991 No.4 (All Marks) .303 Rifle Maintenance Instructions". It states: "Check the bolt head to ensure it does not overturn by more than 20 degrees when assembled to the bolt. The 20 degrees may be measured as 4.76mm (3/16”) from the left corner of the bolt head lug to the left corner of the bolt column."

That's why I asked in the OP. But if you say it's good to go...AWESOME, 1 less thing.
