Yes thanks. It reminds me of Chinese markings on captured Japanese rifles put in Chinese service.

Thanks again. Here is pic of Taiwanese M14 with that circular symbol. So I am probably safe to ID it as a Chinese-Tiawanese barrel.

Taiwan - no question
This is a 1950's Taiwan made variant of the WW2 US M1 Garand Rifle Bayonet & Scabbard The bayonet has black plastic grips and has an overall length of 14". The 9 3/4" single edged fullered blade retains all of it's parkerized finish. The blade is stamped on the ricasso 'KS 60-6' together with a 6 spoked wheel roundel which is the manufacturer code for Taiwan.
