Short range session
Hello all, in between the scattered rain showers today I was able to take my 43 Winchester out today for a little shooting. I don't think the old girl did too bad considering she still has her original barrel and is a fairly early spring tube receiver. Was shooting at 50 yards with a bag in a sitting position using PPU soft point RN 110gr. Was testing a few SEY marked 30 rounders I have acquired recently and started out with 10 rounds in each and went up from there with no feeding issues in any of them. Picked up a few projectiles in the trench it made in the hillside behind the Target and it looks like these soft points get pretty good expansion.

Good ammunition, good magazines and a good time shooting. I 'm sure you enjoyed it!
