    6.6m WRA Carbine build date?

I’m trying to figure out the approximate build date for a WRA carbine, 6.600xxx. I know the WRA polish room dates are available for Garandicon receivers and wondering if the records were also found for the Carbine? The books I have and charts on line indicate blocks of dates and are not very specific, for example this one would probably be Jan45. However, when I find a few close numbers on line the experts say early mid 45. Just trying to pin down a better date, my guesstimate based upon what I’ve found is Apr/May. Can anyone on the forum provide a more definitive or accurate timeframe? Regards

The last serial # applied on a WRA receiver on 8 May 1945 was 6600370.
The last serial # applied on 9 May 1945 was 6601750.

Keep in mind there was a time lag between the date the serial # was stamped and when the carbine was a finished product.

Thank you for the great info, could you provide the serial window for 23 April? I have a WRA Garandicon that was serial numbered on 23 Apr and while doubtful it would be interesting to find one serialed the same day! Thanks again.
