i haven't taken apart yet... but i will let... I post what i find...
so ifs a Yugo refurb. when did they do those?

also that stock was not original... i was told the original was damaged but replace one that was similar... so this stock was put on probably in the 90's some time...

Yugo refurbs were done post WWII but if your stock is just a replacement, I doubt the Yugos ever got ahold of it. Likely just a convenient stock the previous owner found.

The marks on the metal are standard German markings, inspectors marks and such. The odd stamp on the stock no idea.

The character is a sideways 'zh', as used by the Serbian speakers in the two-alphabet Yugoslav world.
