    Lahti L-35

I have looked for a diagram and/or description of this pistol that shows/explains the accelerator. I did find US patents by Aimo Lahti, but they were not for his pistol.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    As Rosanne Rosannadana said: "Never-mind"

I remembered a book I had and sure enough there was a diagram of the L-35, including how the accelerator was made. Cool gun.

Unfortunately, my firearm books are currently in a storage locker 1300 miles away and I can't remember which one it was. Something like "Military Pistols of the World". It was given to me 20 years ago by a co-worker who purchased it for firearm details to use in a spy novel he was writing. He never did get published, and a few years later gave the book to me.

Evey Swede M40 I have seen had the accelerator and it's not alone as I saw in scholl as a kid the M2 .50 HMG also has it as well as the 1919 .30 GPM.

    Cheers
