    Sniper Scope?

Not sure what model scope this ebay auction is for...can't quite make out the markings...plus look at that bracket...is this something that bolts on to a tank gun or something?? Or just the normal No 32 scope?

SCARCE- VINTAGE MK3 ENFIELD SNIPER SCOPE & MOUNT - (eBay item 290164226324 end time Oct-01-07 11:17:54 PDT)

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. The scope is a normal no32mk3, The goofy arm on it is not a standard item, but it looks like there would be no harm done to the scope.

The seller does not seem to know what he has. Methinks he will be happy with the final bid: It is already over $1300 and there are still 3 days to go. My guesstimate for this scope would be $1600.

My recent purchase doesn't look so foolish now, does it Tom?

Never thought it was foolish, just wanted to see you get a good deal on something that I wasn't willing to ante up for...I'm happy with the rifle alone.
