help to id correctness of carbine

gentlemen, asking for advise on an inland carbine. this is a minty condition baby but, would like to know the proper markings on all the parts for origionality. your help would be appreciated greatly.
inland sn 877024
oi in sling cut out, serifed P with no circle, RA-P on heel with 2 h's along side, 2 rivet handguard.
9- 43 barrel
jao adjustable rear sight
siu front sight
si barrel band/ bayo lug
ord wheel on right side of stock near sling cut out.
mag is marked
this is all i can see with out taking down this baby.
can any one tell me what the rest of the parts should be so i can tell if this is a origional or all inland carbine. i thank you.

Rudy, what you have is a post war rebuild. A six digit Inland should have a high wood stock, flip rear sight, type I barrel band and I think the barrel date is too late for the serial number. Without some digging that's about what you have. Very nice looking Inland though, very nice indeed.

Yea, I'm will Bill, its is a nice one and appears in good condition. IMHO, I wouldn't bother "de-upgrading" that one. It looks like a keeper as it. Love the stock. What's the muzzle measure?

I think the barrel date could be a good to go date. Although I only have 2 data sheets in my CC NL in the 800,000 serial range, 1 is a 8-43 and the other is a 10-43 barrel.Though it fits in between these 2 guns, you`d definitely need several more to accurately confirm the dates(say about 100 guns).

thank you guys-- i got this back around 1985-7 from a guy who stated it was a nra sale item. right away i figured it was a rearsenal at that time as to the heel stamps. i dont know much about carbines although what i saw as to the codes on the parts i listed appeared to be all inland. the barrel is also inland which i forgot to mention. i dont know what the muzzle measures. what came to my mind was that this baby never was issued only to be taken out of storage during the korean war and updated with the newer parts like the bayo lug and the rear adjustable sight. guess i was wrong. anyway it is a minty baby and very clean. i will NOT attempt to restore it back to origional ww2 but, keep it as a second time around item that never got issued a second time. thanks guys.
