There is a article on this site about how to build a ak-47.The article shows pics of a rivet tool called a tong tool.Anyone know where or who I can purchase this tool from?

To my knowledge, there is no article (nor has there ever been one) on this site, that teaches (or talks) about how to build an AK-47?

, the AK47 is prohibited and to build one would be in violation of numerous laws.

I can't help you with your search for a "tong tool", but perhaps if you "google" (which I just did), you'll find several auction sites and other sellers in the U.S. who might have what you need.

I've also decided to "lock" this thread, just so it doesn't go down a road that might be inappropriate for our venue's mandate.

I hope you enjoy the many aspects and forums of our site.
