Question ? for RTLB or JB please

Was at the Ohio Gun Collector's show Saturday. Picked up 1903 cutoff screws.3 late with v slot on top and 3 with round head and narrow slot. While cleaning them just now, I realized one of the round head screws is threaded the full length (no shank at the top). If and if so, where does this fit into the "03" scheme of things ? Also picked up a very nice JFC gg stock ,very nice C N 1913 single bolt stock and a very nice JSA single bolt stock, (non have rebuild marks or cracks),2 exceptionally nice "dished" windage knobs (appear to have original finish)
    TIA; Marty

Yep, I'm always just waiting for an opportunity to show it to someone. Kind of like a proud father with photo's of his new baby. LOL
Both my step son and my nieces husband don't even have an interest in it and turned it down for an inheritance. None of my other 03's are wanted by them either. I've got one nephew however who wants me to take him to a big gun show this weekend to look for some type of military surplus bolt action rifle. Maybe he'll be interested in the RB 03 and the others one day. Maybe my son in law to be... he doesn't know what a 1903 is though. Sigh...

You can leave it to me. I'll give it a good home.

Wish I was a bit closer, I'd love to sit and examine it for a half hour. Just to say I had. Those aren't very common and even less so here in Canadaicon... I remember your story on how it came to be too...

Heck Jim, if you were my neighbor, I'd let you borrow it to go bench rest shooting. With freshly loaded 30-03 ammo of course.
