Just checking...did I do OK on this one?

    Hello All.
Can you folks have a look at the following eBay listing and tell me if I did OK?

WW2 BRITISH REGIMENTAL SCOUT TELESCOPE on eBay.ca (item 220557661873 end time 23-Feb-10 13:20:22 EST)

It looks like the real thing to me. At $150.00 shipped to me in Canadaicon I think I got a good price but you tell me.

I bought and sold about a dozen of these a over a period a while back. Going from the prices then, I'd say you've done very well! The point is, you are "in the game" now. If you spot a better one, buy it and sell the lesser example to subsidise the cost.

Agreed. I’ve been doing much the same recently with my Long Branch collection. I had actually contented myself with a very nice set of N2MkIII binoculars I got from Brian Dickicon recently as my observers optics for my No4(T) set. I figure at this price I could part it out and make my money back if it turns out to be junk.
So I guess I’ll have to keep an eye out for a case now. Thanks for the feedback gents!
