Who are the manufactures for RP on some parts and BP on bolt sleeves I have seen?

B&S = Brown & Sharpe - Bolts

S in a circle. Sedgley on some Savage on others. Savage S looks like a 5.
H Hadley tool. sometimes mistaken for a X..
thats all i can think of off the top of my head.
