Good afternoon all!
I'm Ryan from Cleveland Ohio. I'm 35. Ive been in construction all my life and am now a Lead Foreman for a medium-sized firm out this way. If I had a hobby it would be Military Collecting.
My father had me on board with him at a very young age going to swap meets and shows. He is now retired. He is buying, selling, and trading military surplus, along with restoring vehicles almost on a full-time basis.
We do come across good deals at times and I'd like to share them to whoever is interested. So, ask any questions you may have and I'll see if I can help you out. Thanks for allowing me to be apart of this community.

New member with an 03A3
Hi, I recently picked up a Remington 03A3 and would like to know if it is 100% original. It still has the cleaning kit in the stock and has 9-43 on the barrel. I got it as part of a trade and would like to know what the value might be. I know opinions on value vary. Its my 2nd Springfield and my other has been sporterized but it is a good shooter with the 2 groove barrel.Attachment 39494Attachment 39495Attachment 39496Attachment 39497Attachment 39498

Hi All,
Just found the site and will have plenty of questions. Collecting and shooting very limited for 15 years now (Garands, 1911s). Recently acquired my first two M1 Carbines, and why I waited 40 years is a mystery since I love the carbine.
First was an import (micro Arlington Arms on the barrel underside), arsenal rebuilt UEF, 2.37 which I believe was Sep. '44 production. Great metal (Re-Parkerized) and bore and a tack driver on the range. New Boyd stock (w/ many coats of hand rubbed BLO) to replace the POS Potbelly. She's a beauty.
Second is a NPM, 1.95 (Sep. '43) with all early features to include a nice NPM/FJA high wood stock. “Marlin” barrel, great Parkerizing, and most parts are matching. However when I got it home and apart, I found out it’s an early Century Arms Import (hand scribed markings on the receiver under the stock). Bottom line, in my opinion, still a very original early features Carbine… import or not.
Comments?
Pictures to follow.
Cheers...

Hello!! New Member from North Western PA..
Hello fellow Collectors, Shooters , Lovers of Milsurp weapons!!
I have been collecting for some time and have a wide variety from around the world..
Some of my rarest and most collectables went bye bye in the divorce some years back but
I have still managed to build a nice collection back..
One of the funner and more accurate rifles that I just enjoy shooting
(No recoil and accurate) is a Scoped model 1941 Carcano...
(I Know I know.. please no hate mail telling me it's junk)..
I like Enfields and Mausers and Japanese Rifles too.. Pretty much anything vinatge military.
