Hello all! I'm new to this forum but have been a collector/tinkerer for many years. I'm especially interested in single shot rifles, either military or civilian. I'm also interested in semi-automatic firearms of uncommon or unusual design (both the good and the bad). I'm sorry I have not discovered this site previously, as there seems to be a great deal to be learned here. I hope I can contribute some of what I have learned.

Hello from Bahrain!
I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself! I only got into milsurps last year but have been into militaria for a couple years now. I have a decent sized collection of WW2 helmets and trench knives.
The firearms I own are a 1916 Finnish capture Sestroryetsk M91, a refurbished Izhevsk 1938 91/30, another Finn capture Izhevsk 1913 M91, a 1944 East German M44, .308 1916 Spanish Mauser, and a 1944 Inland M1 carbine. I do also have a barreled receiver for a Winchester M1917 rifle that I'm currently working on gathering parts for. Stationed in Bahrain with the US navy for this year but have 6 more months left until I can get back to my babies!
