Hello, I am Scott Collier, A US Army Combat Medic (ret) 91B40. My wife and battle buddy, lol, she was a 98C Intel rat in the Army. lol.

We both are firearm enthusiasts and starting to collect weapons from WWI thru now. I have a M2 Carbine that was my Fathers in WWII with a 4 digit serial number made for Inland and stamped with that plus the National Ordinance. Does anyone know were to go for records of this firearm? I would love to know more about it and others my father brought home from the war. I am his youngest and my two older brothers both have firearms that we would love to know more about. They are a precious air loom from him and will be passed down to my grand children. I am so happy I found this forum and look forward to hearing from you all.

    Thank you,

    Scott "Doc" Collier

Hello from California. I am retired i have been playing with surplus rifles for 15 years. Right now i am working on a Yugoicon 24/47 Mauser and a #4 mk1 Enfield. I enjoy reloading for Mosin Nagants, 1911, M95 Nagant and my Steyr M95 carbine. I have recently started casting my own bullets and have been loading them for my Moslin Nagant's and my SKS.

    Greetings!

I'm Kohavis from Colorado. I just arrived here and hope to learn here as well as offer help to others looking for answers.

I own an original WW2 US Army M1911A1 my dad carried as his sidearm as an officer in the European Theater. He also taught me how to shoot beginning at age 5 on the very same gun

(Dad was in the Army from 1941 - 1946 and participated in the landing at Normandy Beach on D-Day. He won the purple heart, bronze star, and numerous marksmanship medals. He was the best natural shot I've ever seen. The 1911 he carried has only the most minor holster wear.)

    Cheers!
